This novel could very well be the headlines of tomorrow. Was amazed at the similarities that are already occurring. Lots in this one and for any reader interested in armament, communications means and warfare, this is an entertaining and action filled novel.The author did excellent job in covering the First Amendment, the Second Amendment and lots of controversial subjects being talked about today as I write this review...It is downright scary to read this novel.Lots of different locations including DC, Oklahoma and points in between. The characters range from the POTUS to Governors of several states, Sheriffs as well as retired military members. Most of the agencies from DC are involved including the FBI, the Homeland Security others.The plot is multi-layered, characters are well developed and action abounds...some of it includes snipers, a reported for a well known newspaper as well as a secret project Z...Wait until you read that part of the story...DC starts to mess with the control of weapons and the fight is on... Retired military and others join in on the opposing side.The ending left me wanting more...much more and will read on when the second novel is out on the 15th of March.Most highly recommended. Well I was really looking forward to this series.... Made it to chapter 3 before I quit reading. The storyline probably is good,the characters maybe....but the language is awful. I read lots of different authors who write these types of books. They have managed to all tell great stories and draw you in where you get involved with the characters with out using vulgar language. If the author took the time to edit these and use regular language instead of trying to impress people by how many vulgar words he can cram in a paragraph he'd have a great series.
